We can confirm that our free training for a nationally recognised Level 3 Mental Health First Aider is now planned for Monday, 22nd September 2025. 9am til 5pm.
Bring your own lunch.
What is First Aid for Mental Health?

• Providing advice and starting a conversation
• Stress• Mental health conditions• Drugs and alcohol• First Aid for Mental Health action plan
• First Aid for Mental Health in the workplace • Depression•Post-traumatic stress disorder-• Self-harm
• Suicide-• Eating disorders-• Personality disorders-• Bipolar disorder-• Psychosis-• Schizophrenia-• Anxiety
This course will not make you a therapist; however, it will give you an understanding of mental health and the confidence to listen. Responsibly signpost or even call NHS.

Mens Group tonight is out and about in the mixed of our new walking group. 7pm.
Bring a mate as it's hard to join groups on your own...you can chat or just walk. ...
