"I have been seeing Tamsin a couple of years for massage however she suggested we try something a little different on our last session - massage with 20 mins of reiki and hot stones at the end. I love this holistic approach she has to healing and being able to pull from her toolkit of skills at a moments notice. Tamsin is incredibly knowledgeable and intuitive.
The massage was amazing, (as always). I'm a powerlifter so I'm always in need of a bit of deep tissue work! The Reiki was even more special. I've been stuck on a few things emotionally and mentally for some time and although cognitively I was keen to let go of them, in my body, try as I might I wasn't able to get this feeling out of me. I can only only really describe it as like having an emotional parasite living inside of me. Something that was taking all my energy but also something I knew wasn't intrinsically part of my being. I came away from my session with Tamsin feeling light and full of energy - honestly I felt like I could take off at any second. I want to encapsulate this feeling forever. Thank you Tamsin!"

After an absolutely wonderful and refreshing sabbatical, I'm now ready to bring back some of the energy I collected up 💚

Chik's has been working hard behind the scenes with a fresh clinic at home, new courses taken, teaching up and down the country, working to keep up to date with relevant associations and professional bodies, investment in new products and tools and launching online booking that should make things easier for us all 💚

Please note the booking system isn't live yet as I need to see everyone in clinic to set them up.
