This is the incredible Colin & Maz they came to me in July last year to ask for my help, in helping them lose weight for their son’s wedding!!
Colin has lost a whopping 10 stone and Maz a massive 3 stone 9 !! I am so proud of them both and I’m sure you’ll agree they look fantastic!!
They came today to get weighed and I asked permission to pimp them 😉😂 they have stuck to it and done everything I’ve asked them to do and the results have paid off!

For 15 years I’ve been a diet consultant for 1;1 aka Cambridge diet I lost 5 stone with it 15 years ago and have kept it off !!! It’s the only one that worked for me.

Stayed the same so I’m still at goal I think 🤔 the alarm bell sounded for me about 10 years ago when I realised I will have to watch what I eat & drink 🍺 for the rest of my life I only have to walk past a cake shop pub or even the toaster 🤦🏻‍♀️😂 to gain weight!!! But it is what it is I have to be in or out of control with it and some naughty days won’t hurt after all we gotta live !!! The five stone I lost back in 2008 ain’t never coming back I said RIP to the fat bird I used to be 😘 ###xx

The summer motivation we all needed! 🌞
