Fewer, more meaningful moments beat a packed calendar.

One of mine that I have enjoyed over the last few years is going for a walk around my local area every Sunday evening to look at the Christmas lights. It costs nothing and is something I look forward to at the end of every week.

Here it is. The small, practical things we can do can help us focus and feel more in control...

Door 6:

Keep one easy meal on standby for low-energy days. This doesn’t have to be complicated, maybe a batch of pasta sauce or a soup, frozen and ready to get out. Your body deserves nourishment, even more so on the days we are struggling.
