***I’m retiring***

After 20 years of doing 1-2-1 personal training (over 50,000 hours) coaching people from all walks of life from beginner to Olympic/world class athlete, mentoring many other PTs, I decided to retire from 1-2-1 personal training before Christmas 2024.

Im 40 this year and after dedicating 50% of my life in the pursuit of helping others, working some insane hours in all weathers I made the decision to go a different direction in life.

Losing my dad & multiple family/friends in recent years made me reflect properly to “what the f*** do I actually want out of life?”

I love fitness & sport however, I’ve always had an interest in history / the arts & travel so I am now a full time

“antique/art dealer & historian.”

I will still be doing online only coaching going forward as the transformation guru tm. (New online channels out soon).

But I’ve put a stop to 1-2-1 to pursue other life goals.

Follow your dreams and pursue what makes you happy
