Good morning folks,

As I write this I am looking out at the clouds over Arran. I have been thinking about something big for a while but I have now committed and gone through with it - I am no longer practising as an Osteopath.

I won't bore you with the details of the why's but I will tell you that GD Health is evolving, which I am very excited about.

So, the time has come to announce this is the final week for GD Health in England as we are relocating to Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (date of re-opening TBC).

This is difficult to write due to the many friends and memories made. More will be posted soon but for now clinic is as normal till Friday 1st September.

What a year - new location, new opportunities, highs and lows!

So, now is a time for reflection and importantly gratitude for everything in our lives.
