Guinot NutriZone Sun Oil SPF 30

This is a dry sun oil spray for the body with SPF 30, designed to combine sun protection with skin nourishment.
What it does
Sun protection: SPF 30 offers medium–high protection against UVB rays, and it’s labeled broad spectrum, so it also helps protect against UVA.
Nourishing effect: Formulated with oils to hydrate and soften the skin, preventing dryness from sun exposure.
Dry oil texture: Absorbs quickly without leaving a heavy or greasy residue—more of a satin finish than a sticky one.
Key features
Lightweight spray format → easy, even application
Non-greasy “dry oil” feel
Leaves skin looking glowy and smooth
Suitable mainly for body use (not typically recommended for the face unless specified)
How to use it properly
Apply generously before sun exposure
Reapply every 2 hours, especially after swimming or sweating
Don’t rely on it alone for long sun exposure—combine with shade and clothing

Wow, I can’t believe I’m turning 45. Reaching this age has made me realise how grateful I am for the small things in life — family, friends, loyal clients, and so much more.
Life hasn’t always been easy, and there have been many challenges along the way. We’ve also lost so many people close to us over the last few years, which has made me appreciate just how precious life is.
Getting to this age feels like an achievement in itself, and I’m choosing to embrace it with gratitude, reflection, and all the memories that have shaped me.
