Busy day today starting with my Saturday morning members....
A total of 46.5lb lost this morning with brand new members losing 4 & 5lb and one of my regular members lost 13lb after a 'blip' last week 🥳

It's absolutely normal for motivation to dip, that's why losing weight alone is soooo hard!
In group we support each other with NO judgement (one of the things I'm super proud of within my groups) everyone is there to give tips & advice. It's all about making changes and when you decide you're ready to commit to those changes, that's when you'll see incredible results! 🩷Come and join one of my Studley groups next week to get started for yourself.
