*MEET MY MEMBER*
(MY beautiful daughter)

Jessica had been asking me to join my group and I was reluctant because, as you an see she looks lovely. However, she didn't feel lovely and with being at collage then leaving to start a full time job she had got into bad eating habits and over snacking on chocolate and Costa frappes!
After stepping on the scales she decided to lose 1st and has lost 8lb so far and you can see the difference!
But more importantly than that I'm so proud of the changes she's made, she has always been a 'fussy eater' but that has changed. With the use of the app she really enjoys cooking so finding new recipes and adapting her own favourites has made a real difference.
One of the things Jessica said that made my day was that she realises now how food can make you feel. She has alot more energy and is sleeping better. Having struggled with anxiety, I can see a real difference in her self confidence too ♥️

Slimming World is for all ages! If you'd love to lose at least 7lbs, come and join us.

SO proud of my girl.
Last weekend we had the best time together at the Slimming World ball.
This morning she's not only lost a fab 3lb but she's achieved her 1/2st award AND was slimmer of the week 🥳

As you can see, she doesn't need to lose weight but she really did want to eat healthier and be in control of how she snack on chocolate.
In just the last month she's learnt to re channel her emotional eating and said she can't believe how much better she feels within herself.
To give herself this gift at just 17 is going to set herself up for a very healthy life.

I really didn't want her to have the battle I've always felt like I have with my weight, emotions and confidence so I really am proud 🥰

MASSIVE SHOUT OUT 📣 to my Tuesday members this week who are always there support each other amd this week achieved some fantastic weight losses.....from 0.5lb right up to 6lb and I also gave 3 members their 1st 1/2st award. A fab couple a 3.5 & 7.5st that's an INCREDIBLE 11st between them since May this year 🥳
Annndddd the best awards I can give to my members, their personal chosen target 🥰

There may be only 6 weeks to Christmas but there's still time to lose 1st if you'd like to.
I've got quite a few members going for it, so come along and soak up the support 😊
