Another perk of being a self employed Slimming World Consultant is that on a cold/grey days like today 🥶
I can work from home in the warm and get my nails done 💅 They are a bit bright but I bloomin love them 😍

I can 100% say this research is true!
My beautiful Jessica came to join my Saturday morning group purely to understand healthy eating better, she wanted to eat more variety as he was limited in what she liked but equally loves cooking.
NOW, she's not only 10lbs lighter, she eating so much more variety, one of her favourites is anything with peppers in (I couldn’t get her to even try them before!) & plenty of other fresh veggies 😋

I'm SO proud of the changes she's made.
She doesn't have the best mental health but says how much better she feels all around for eating well. The weight loss for her really was a bonus. She's set her target for 1st in total and I know she'll achieve that within the next couple of weeks as her average weightloss has been 1.5 - 2lb per week 💫

If you are between the ages of 18 - 34 please don't be put off by what you don't know, come along to my Saturday morning group and get started for yourself. In just 1 months time you'll feel fantastic 🥰
