A wonderful point that has come up a lot in clinic this week...

In treatment, I often return to REN 6 for those living with chronic conditions that are taking their toll on every level….this point gives access to deeper reserves helping to give you a boost of steady vitality.

🧘🏻‍♀️Self-care tip: Place a warm hand over your lower abdomen (REN 6 is just under the belly button) and take a few slow breaths as if breathing from there.
