We visited Linters Court last week and met with the wonderful residents and team to talk falls prevention .

We had a fantastic time supporting visitors with falls prevention advice, checking walking aids, and fitting new ferrules.

It’s always rewarding to hear feedback like “Your talk was very useful, This will help me to get up if I need it", "nice to know about the exercises, I shall be doing those" and "you have a lovely tone, so easy to follow, you are engaging and helped me to feel encouraged to make some daily changes" - all so heartwarming 💙

It was great to see some new faces join our Forget Me not Session Woodhatch Community Centre this month and of course our regulars 💙

We endulged in some Easter fun, playing some Easter trivia games that took our guests back to their youth!! 🐣 🐰

It was only fitting that Chocolates were on offer for the winners 🍫
