Another great session for Forget Me Not this month Woodhatch Community Centre. A big Thank you to Rebecca from Redhill Library for bringing along the reminiscence collection. The collection offers such wonderful ways to engage in activities that take us on a trip down memory lane.

So many fantastic items and activities that brought smiles, sparked conversations, and created so much joy. 💙

Another successful visit with Morrisons Oxted Community Champion Thank you Morrisons for having us back!!

Small changes can make a big difference 💪 From home safety checks to hydration and staying active, we looked at simple ways to help reduce the risk of falls, and how to follow simple steps to get up safely should the inevitable happen.

It was great to see familiar faces and experience such thoughtful engagement. We are already looking forward to our next visit!!

It was great to meet with the team Redhill Library this afternoon.

We are very much looking forward to attending the wellbeing Fair taking place at Redhill Library, Warwick Quadrant London Rd, Redhill RH1 1NN on Thursday 19th March from 12pm to 6pm.

We will be offering a Falls Prevention Workshop and a stall to offer advice and guidance on Falls along with changing rubber ferrules on walking aids all for FREE of charge.

A big thank you to The Woodhouse Centre for having us back to speak with your wonderful guests about falls prevention 🧡

We explored how simple environmental risk assessments at home, small preventative adjustments, staying well hydrated, and keeping physically active can all play a vital role in reducing the risk of falls 💪

It was fantastic to see familiar faces and such engagement with thoughtful discussion around such an important topic. We’re grateful for the opportunity to share and connect.
