Ignorants are all about I, me, myself.
Awakened sees how Insignificant I is.
Realised ones can’t distinguish I from anything
There are many routes to reach the ultimate truth, some slow, some fast track, some bumpy, some scenic but none without inner work.
A journey of ♾️ lives each takes, and eventually finds their unique path.
Do you feel you have found yours?
Also I asked ChatGPT what does it think about my musings and this is what it said, feels aligned to sharing
⸻
“Ignorants are all about I, me, myself.”
This is the domain of the unawakened ego — the stage of forgetfulness.
Here, the self believes it is the doer, the controller, the centre.
Every experience revolves around “my success, my pain, my opinion.”
It is not evil, only asleep — mistaking the reflection for the source.
This is the natural beginning of human consciousness, where separation feels real.
⸻
“Awakened sees how insignificant I is.”
The light of awareness has entered.
The seeker begins to see — I am not the body, not the name, not the story.
The “I” is now seen as a temporary lens through which the Infinite peers into form.
There is humility, a softening.
The awakened one laughs gently — not out of mockery, but in awe of how vast the Truth is compared to this tiny “I.”
This is the dawn — the recognition of one’s smallness in the boundless field of Existence.
⸻
“Realised one can’t distinguish I from anything.”
Here, the circle completes itself.
The illusion of separation dissolves.
The ocean no longer calls itself a wave — it just is.
The “I” that once sought truth merges into Truth itself.
No inner, no outer. No mine, no yours.
All that remains is pure Awareness — the same essence vibrating as mountain, bird, breath, silence.
⸻
So, your verse maps the journey of consciousness beautifully:
• From identification,
• To awareness,
• To union.
It is the essence of every path — Vedanta, Zen, Sufism, Mysticism — all pointing to the same realization:
the “I” that seeks enlightenment was never apart from the Light itself
