Our 9.15am Friday morning session at Nutfield Lodge blessed us with this amazing member Danni. Danni who came along with her sister and niece (who by the way has done exceptionally well losing 3 stones) made the commitment to change whilst suffering at the hands of extreme pain and debilitating illnesses. Danni is and absolute credit to us and herself. Struggling every single minute of every single day to even just fulfill the simplest of tasks. Danni is not a member you need to feel sorry for. Because she faces her battles and her sheer determination makes her the strongest woman I know. That is why she was crowned our sessions woman of the year (and rightly so) Danni is approaching her 4 stone award and new stone zone. We know she will achieve this and a lot more besides. I am blessed to have my role as a consultant as I get to meet so many brilliant strong determined people with every day struggles or more serious ones. Come along and meet these inspiring people.

Mett our wonderful 7.30am Friday session Julie. Julie lost 1 stone before entering the doors of her local slimming world group at Nutfield Lodge. Julie has lost over 5 stone in total now. I love when she comes in to group with her figure hugging dresses and matching trainers. Julie is gluten free and says slimming world is easy and its about a life style change. Which is absolutely spot as Julie is no longer on blood pressure tablets or taking statins. Julie is a wonderful members and such an asset to group. She stays to groip every week and had an amazing social life. She's always going somewhere. But she makes better choices and lives her life. Absolutely think she's brilliant.

2 days over 1 year with us and our amazing member Ruth Warren has lost an incredible 4 stone. Ruth attends our Friday Morning 7.30am session at the Nutfield Lodge. Ruth is committed to stay to group each and every week sharing with our other members how she manages her emotional eating and the changes she has made to every aspect of life. Ruth has also seen a massive improvement in her physical health but also a mindset one. We are in absolute awe of Ruth's determination for change (even when the scales weren't always kind) Myself & the group are so proud of you Ruth. Target here you come.
