Today I was lucky to be part of the first Cornwall Baby Show hosted by Cornwalls only Cornish radio station…Rewind Radio. I don’t often go to these events but I’m a big fan of and really wanted to be part of this. It was such fun. The room was filled with NHS services, midwives, doulas, physios, sleep consultants, baby spa, cornwall hydro, and so many more. There were over 300+ attendees. So many happy parents and new parents-to-be. I can’t wait to go to more of these and help connect pregnant folks and new parents to all the supportive services available. comment below on the kind of stalls you would like to see at the next Baby Show in November :

I’ve been taught to be specific when adjusting. So one of the indicators that tells me where to adjust is muscle strength. Now I can’t do this on babies like I would older kids or adults. But it’s pretty useful info when it can be done. Here is beautiful Pippa getting tested. She comes in regularly with the whole family for adjustments. It helps to make sure her nervous system is developing beautifully.

I learnt to adjust pregnant women with the Webster Technique over 15 years ago. I recently did a refresher and became officially certified. What does that mean? Well it means the way I adjust someone pregnant is very gently and specific. And this helps with good pelvic movement throughout pregnancy… which means a better chance of a positive experience. I also use a gentle technique called NIP, or NeuroImpulse Protocol. It too is very gentle and specific 💪🏼. # pregnancy # neuroimpulseprotocol # WebsterProtocol # ICPA
