Survival courses in Cornwall. We specialise in wilderness bushcraft training & survival experiences.

After spending many years in the wilderness teaching bushcraft and survival skills and seeing the impact wild places have on people’s mental health, Survive and Revive was born. Something special happens to people when they reconnect with the natural world in meaningful ways. Wherever hardship occurs, priorities shift and survival is king. It allows you to strip away the responsibilities and pressures of the modern world, just for a short while; focus on the now, exist, breathe and take stock. Neatly package up your insecurities, your self-doubt and discard them. Go back to your people and your village revived, knowing that you are doing your best and that against all the odds, you are surviving.

This Week in Home Ed – Obstacle Building & Net Making! 🌿
The group took on a brand-new challenge: designing and building their own obstacles, testing balance, strength, and teamwork every step of the way. Add in some net making and a bit of wild exploration, and we had the perfect mix of graft and adventure.

They worked incredibly hard — creative, determined, and fully in the flow. Awesome effort all round! 💪🌲

🌿 CALLING LOCAL CAFÉS & COMMUNITY SPACES ☕🪵
We’re launching our new Coffee & Carve sessions in the New Year — relaxed, beginner-friendly woodcarving workshops paired with great coffee, cake, and community.

We’re now looking for venues who serve coffee and cake and would love to host a creative, social and mindful craft session once a week for 6 weeks.

What we’re looking for:
✔ Friendly café or community coffeehouse vibe
✔ Seating for 8–12 people
✔ Willing to provide coffee & cake as part of the experience
✔ A warm, welcoming space where people can slow down, create, and connect

What we bring:
🪵 A fully taught 6-week carving programme
📚 All tools, materials, and equipment
🤝 Professional facilitation and risk management
☕ A steady flow of new customers into your space

Our crew had to put all their skills to the test: lighting and protecting their fire, cooking their own lunch, and keeping their spirits high through some seriously wild weather. 🌧️🔥

And they smashed it.
Teamwork, resilience, problem-solving — all shining through.

🪵 This week on our Nature Connection Course in partnership with 🌿

We took things back to the roots of human creativity — exploring natural cordage and working with stone. Participants learned how to transform plant fibres into strong, useful cord and experimented with shaping and using stone, connecting with ancient skills that have sustained people for thousands of years. 🪶🪨

Through patience, focus, and a hands-on connection to the materials around us, we’re rediscovering the wisdom of nature and the power of making with our own hands. 🌿✨

What an incredible Halloween party! Awesome costumes, spooky survival games, our pumpkin hunt, and plenty of laughter around the fire! 🕸️✨

Everyone got right into the seasonal spirit (and maybe met a few woodland ghosts along the way 👀).

🔥 This week on our Nature Connection Course in partnership with Cornwall Wildlife Trust 🌿

We discovered the vibrant colours of Autumn and gathered around the the hearth to explore one of humanity’s oldest skills — fire making. Participants learned how to safely build, light, and tend a flame, before turning those glowing embers into warmth, connection, and freshly baked bread. 🍞✨

It’s amazing how something as simple as fire and food can bring people together, grounding us in nature and community. 🌳🔥
