💜 STENNACK ARE RECRUITING 💜

We are a small team covering the areas of Redruth, Illogan, Camborne and Pool.

We provide person centred care to our clients in the comfort of their own home. Our aim is to able them to be as independent as possible for as long as possible.

We have a range of shifts available and pride ourselves on being as flexible as we can to suit your own personal availability.
Full time, part time, bank and school hours available. Availability every other weekend is a must.

Pay is £13-14 per hour, plus 45p per mile.
Other benefits include:
💜Staff of month chosen by staff and client compliments.
💜discounts through our training app.
💜rewards for picking up extra shifts.

Stennack home care are a small team who are all committed to providing the best care for their clients. I work at stennack and I have never worked for a care company before where each carer truly cares and loves their clients so much. It is so heartwarming. I love being part of such a fantastic team. We always go above and beyond to ensure each client is treated with respect and dignity and person centred care is met. Our clients are more than clients they are family. We may be a small team but we are mighty!!

I want to nominate my place of work, Stennack home care. I've been with the company for nearly 2 years and truly never been happier. The clients we have are lovely. Our staff are fantastic. The whole team together is what makes the company amazing. We are lucky to be lead by registered manager Carlee along with deputy manager Jess. Both very knowledgeable ladies and very dedicated to our company, staff and clients. Every single team member from manager to carer to admin staff do their best and more. We always are striving to be bigger and better. But most importantly ensuring our clients are happy and staff are too. We like to provide the very best. The whole company is small in comparison to most, we are always being encouraged by management to develop our skills and learning. The team Carlee has built in the last 3 years has got better and better. We have a very happy client base and I think that's testament of the work that's put in by the whole care company. We offer extra services above just care for clients too, we offer outreach, sittings, cleaning, shopping, medication help, we take on the extra load for our clients and their family with a smile on our faces. Determined to ensuring our clients are happy and able to remain at home as they wish. Our whole company does so with such pride.

📣 WE HAVE MOVED 💜 Due to the business growing we have moved offices to a bigger site with an adjoined meeting room that will house our in house training!

Of course we cannot leave the staff out and we will all be eating our scones and drinking our tea at the staff meeting this week ☕️ .

Full time community carer:
This vacancy will include a set two week shift pattern with up to 30 hours a week.
Our shift patterns are 7am-2pm and 4pm-10pm.
You are required to work a minimum of one shift every other weekend.

Part time community carer:
This vacancy will include a set two week shift pattern with up to 15 hours a week.
Our shift patterns are 7am-2pm and 4pm-10pm.
You are required to work a minimum of one shift every other weekend.
