🎄🎅 CHRISTMAS PRESCRIPTIONS 🎅🎄

Any prescriptions due between the 5th of December 2025 and 5th January 2026 should be ordered after Monday 1st December and NO later than Monday 15th December.

This allows both the GP practice and the pharmacy sufficient time to process the request, order stock and prepare the prescription.

Please allow extra processing time before collecting any prescriptions during busy periods.

🧸CHILDREN'S DROP-IN FLU CLINIC!! 🧸

We are very pleased to be holding a drop in children's flu clinic at our Lanner Surgery on Wednesday the 8th October. If you have a pre-schooler aged 2 - 3 they are eligible.
There is no need to book an appointment, just drop in to the surgery between 8:45am - 10:00am to see our lovely nurse Emily!

Limited Service Tuesday 23rd September 2025

We only have doctor phone calls at Harris Memorial and Lanner surgeries today (23rd September) due to unexpected sickness. For this reason, our AccuRX triage online request system will be turned off all day.

If you are unwell, you can still phone the surgery and our patient advisers will book you a telephone call with a doctor or direct you to an alternative face-to-face provider.

We will be handling routine requests as normal.

If you have an urgent medication request our pharmacy team can resolve it for you.

If you would like to submit a routine request online, then please wait until Wednesday when the AccuRX triage system will be available again.

We apologise for the disruption in service.

We’re here to help you plan ahead! 🕒

Our prescription service operates on a 5 working day turnaround. Here's when your prescription will be ready for collection (PM) based on when you order:

👉 Order on Monday → Ready the following Monday
👉 Order on Tuesday → Ready the following Tuesday
👉 Order on Wednesday → Ready the following Wednesday
👉 Order on Thursday → Ready the following Thursday
👉 Order on Friday → Ready the following Friday

📌 Note: Orders placed after 1PM are processed the next working day.
