Counselling isnt always about talking.....art can be a powerful tool in healing, music, poetry, dance, painting, can all express what we sometimes struggle to find words for.
Journalling either with words or creative collage/imagery can be a great way to process emotions, and it doesnt have to be shared.
Being an artist myself I often encourage my clients to find their inner creative, we often find our inner child in amongst the creativity....😊
