Some of you may know we opened another larger unit back in April last year attached to one of our existing buildings. Its been a lot of work and I will do some further videos showing you around. It's really helping with the logistics for us. Here is a sneak peak of our new reception.

Bit of a long video also explaining about TPMS, most people have it installed on their car and do not really know much about it. If the orange light of doom comes on, we can help with servicing and replacement of its components parts, keeping you MOT compliant. Stay away from the stealerships and spend with a small local company where your custom is valued and goes to local people. We cover 95% of vehicles.

Ouch!
Another one saved from the crusher.
Lots of work gone into this wheel saving the dealer the cost of a replacement wheel. We will of course refit and rebalance ensuring all is as it should be.

Ouch!

At this stage, wheels has been chemically stripped and cleaned. Welding has been used to build up the deeper areas of damage. We will now write a profile on the lathe for the wheel and cut the bulk of the welding off, before putting through a primer and paint stage. At that point we will then recut completely, barrier coat and then acrylic lacquer.

Good Afternoon,

I take lots of pictures and videos and rarely get around to posting any of them. I think it's easy to forget sometimes the process and investment we have made over the years to be able to replicate as closely to OEM as possible. There are lots of 'pirates' in every industry and wheel refurbishment is flooded with them in Cornwall now.

Exciting day!

New website has dropped!

We have been working on it in the background for too long with many work related distractions. The old website was very outdated and didn't represent us very well at all!

It's far from finished, many more photos and videos need to be added as we go. Hopefully though, it gives you a better idea of your wheels ''journey" while its with us.

With the plant installed and up and working with capacity to process approximately 120 wheels per day when required, we found another bottleneck formed quite quickly! So as well as our two full size TY30 lathes we have operating we have added a third slightly smaller lathe to the lineup. Having had two tryax machines for quite some time we knew they are the best on the market by far. Placing an order for a third was the right thing to do to ensure the quality our customers have come to expect. As we have said before there is a huge amount of 'startups' supplying machinery that hasn't been tried and tested and is not designed specifically for alloy wheels coming into the market for knockdown prices. Buy cheap, buy twice as they say.

Being delivered next week and will offer an excellent third machine to take the strain when the other two are maxed out.

Wheels are processed as close to OEM conditions as possible. The online plant manages many aspects of the process to ensure continuity of quality. Temperature being constantly monitored throughout the process to ensure correct adhesion. Stunning finish.
