I’m a member of FHT ( FEDERATION OF HOLISTIC THERAPISTS) Soft & Deep tissue massage, I’m a independent sports therapist working with local people ageing from pre adolescent to 70+trying, to accommodate them no matter what problems musculoskeletal they may have. Restoring muscle/tendon function enabling them to continue their day to day lifestyles.
