Will power doesn't work - in fact it works against the programming so it often makes things worse

How has this year changed your goals, dreams, aspirations and what's important moving forward into 2022?

After one of the craziest, toughest years in this lifetime yet, that has tested all my healing tools, sanity and inner strength to limits I didn't know existed, as always I'm coming out with new gifts and deeper awarenesses.

The last few days tuning into my focus for 2022 ready to supercharge them on Sunday under the new moon on my live group NEW YEAR ENERGY ALIGNMENT session, I noticed how much my goals have changed this year.

Instead of selling certain courses, or deadline for my book or x amount pounds, etc,...

I notice that they have become much simpler, softer and more deeply honouring of my body and souls need for what brings me joy and what makes my heart feel full and nourished! What lights me up and is fun and important for me and my well-being!

And its surprising how hard it's been to really listen to that as I've always been so focused on my spiritual work, my business, and helping others!

I believe one of the biggest challenges in these changing energies is to decide what we want, really want in our hearts and that being our unique selves and being happy sometimes doesn't seem like a big enough, spiritual enough goal. But why not?

If we were all able to listen to and honour more of our true selves and what makes out heart sing, how much of a vibrational shift would that make for us, those around us and the planet?
