Do you have annoying repeat patterns in your life?

These patterns are often rooted in deep energetic subconscious patterns that we are not even aware of. These become the drivers of our experience and many of them are absorbed from ancestors, past lives, childhood, our culture and society. They become the programmes that run our lives.

Will power doesn't work - in fact it works against the programming so it often makes things worse
Affirmations help, but slowly and they DO NOT REMOVE the root beliefs and so they grow back.
