This lovely patient came in with a Grade 2 hamstring strain, a serious injury in the muscle that made walking painful and left a lot of swelling & bruising.

To support their recovery we used:
✨ – to calm down inflammation and encourage healing
✨ Gentle lymph drainage techniques – to ease swelling and bruising
✨ – for support and comfort as the muscle heals

🚧 I am a lil late on posting this but, here we go!
⛔️There are major roadworks taking place near the clinic for the next 10 weeks or more.
⏱️ Please accommodate extra time of additional 10
Mins to your commute to the clinic.

And yes I chose a very dramatic music, intentionally as the area especially during the rush hour & school traffic is already very busy …
10 weeks or longer time for roadworks in such a busy interchange is a long time 😅
