A big misconception of sports massage, is that it has to be painful to be effective. Well, that’s not true! If you enjoy a deep tissue massage getting into those “trigger points”, no problem. However, if you’re worried about the treatment being painful or uncomfortable, there are other techniques I can do to ease your pain whilst keeping you relaxed.
Danielle was nervous coming into the treatment, but thankfully left feeling relaxed with reduced pain levels.
