We have opened a garden allotment site in this stunning location just outside Illogan.

With more plots to go in, now is the perfect time to join our waiting list. We are planning to open a range of facilities on our site for the benefit of our community.

Luckily we appear to have survived the onslaught of Storm Eunice with only minor abrasions. A polytunnel belonging to a client, and a tree near the farmhouse were our main casualties, with minor damage to fencing and other sundries being the extent of it.
Considering the devastation that has occurred across the country, we consider ourselves incredibly fortunate.
Our thoughts go out to those who have been affected by the storm.

***Shop Update***

It is our unfortunate duty to announce that the Allotment shop will be closed until further notice.

Lack of revenue has resulted in having to return to full time work and we no longer have the manpower required to maintain the shop. However, we will be continuing to use the space as our office and would be happy to serve anyone at those times. Additionally, should anyone need to purchase any of our larger items, it will be possible to do so via appointment.

We would like to thank those of you who have supported us thus far, and hope that things will fare better when we relaunch in the new year.

Morning everyone, due to an urgent medical appointment, we will not be able to open the shop today (Saturday 4th).

We should be open as normal tomorrow.

Hi everyone, first of all we want to thank everyone that has supported us in the opening of our allotment shop.

Unfortunately, we have not been generating enough custom to remain open full time. We have regrettably needed to make the decision to reduce our opening hours.

Effective immediately, the shop will be opening from 10am on Saturdays and Sundays only. Hopefully this is only a temporary setback and we will be able to expand our opening hours as things improve.

Once again, thank you to everyone who has supported us so far, you guys really motivate us to keep pushing through.

Phil and I have been working really hard over the weekend. I have been working on the sign for our entrance (that Phil made) and Phil has been grafting away outside, leveling the ground, ready for use.

We are open!

Things are not quite as finished as we would like but we are open until 5pm today, and will be open every day from 10am-5pm throughout August.

We have a range of garden tools available, along with a small selection of pre-packaged snacks, hot and cold drinks and even some ice-creams starting at a bargain basement price of 60p each.

Phil and I want to thank everyone for your support so far, and are looking forward to seeing what the future brings.

What a difference a year makes!
A year ago today, we opened to the public with just 12 plots complete. Now we have 104, and are poised to open our shop in time for the summer holidays.

On our 1st birthday, we would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone who has helped make this happen.

We couldn't ask for a better group of clients, and we would especially like to thank those of you who have gone above and beyond to help us with the installation and maintenance of the site. Without you guys, we certainly wouldn't have managed to get as far as we have.

Here at Goon Acres, we are looking forward to what the next year brings 🥂
