Did you know we are the largest low-cost counselling service in the South West? We offer one-to-one sessions for as little as £5 an hour for students and £10 an hour for the general public.

Sessions can either be online, on the phone or in-person! Many people find that talking in confidence with someone outside of their daily life can really help make a difference to your wellbeing.

We're proud to announce the official opening of our new home in Tamar Tower, Cornwall College Camborne! ✨

Huge thank you to Laurence Reed, ex-BBC presenter, award-winning journalist & mental health advocate, for coming along to cut the ceremonial ribbon for our re-launch!

Our new space in Camborne has 8 dedicated counselling rooms & extra teaching areas, making it the perfect place to train future counsellors whilst providing vital care to those who need it most.
