There’s only 3 weeks until our Christmas break and limited appointments. The only new patient appointment available this week is Monday at 3pm, and unusually a couple of later appointments at 5pm available Monday and Tuesday. The good weather has many out in the garden tidying up and doing heavier springtime clearing and cleaning ready for spring planting and enjoying their outside space. Remember please 🙏 that after a few months of doing relatively little you need to ease yourself back into it! Garden with your sensible head and don’t try and do it all in a day. Start with some lighter warm up jobs before heaving heavy pots around and bend your back without bending your knees. My good advice to late? You know who to call ☎️
