In an emergency, every second counts. A cardiac arrest can happen anywhere, to anyone — and knowing where your nearest defibrillator (AED) is located could quite literally save a life.
A defibrillator is designed to be used by anyone. They give clear, step-by-step voice instructions and will only deliver a shock if it’s needed. You cannot cause harm by using one — but not using one when it’s available can cost precious time.

What to do in an emergency:
1️⃣ Call 999 immediately
2️⃣ Start CPR
3️⃣ Send someone to fetch the nearest defibrillator

We hope you all had a lovely Christmas filled with good food, laughter, and a well-earned rest 💖

I couldn’t start the New Year without sharing one of my favourite Christmas presents… a book from one of our wonderful Senior Care Assistant!

Yes… she actually bought me this book.
Yes… she thinks this is hilarious.
And yes… they’re absolutely right 😂💕

As if that wasn’t enough, another lovely member of the team gifted me a bundle of winter warmers — which tells you everything you need to know about just how cold this office is ❄️🧣 (apparently survival gear is now essential!).

Feeling incredibly lucky (and very warm… finally!) to work with such a caring, thoughtful, slightly crazy bunch 💕

We are excited to be part of the Reepham Christmas Tree Festival, taking place 3rd–7th December 2025, organised by the wonderful Reepham Lions Club

🌟 Look out for our tree — Number 13: “Wishes and Wisdoms”
This special tree represents the voices of our clients and care team, each sharing a meaningful wish, a treasured memory, or a piece of wisdom. It’s a beautiful celebration of reflection, connection, and community.

📍 Admission is free, and donations are warmly welcomed, with proceeds supporting Reepham Lions and St Mary’s Church, Reepham.

🌟🎉 Happy 2nd Work Anniversary, Karen! 🎉🌟

Today were celebrating two wonderful years with Karen as part of our Heart to Heart Home Care family 💖

Karen joined us in November 2023, bringing warmth, compassion, and a truly caring nature to everything she does. Before joining our team, she spent five years living in France, where she ran her own business — Les Hirondelles Kennels 🐾. In August 2023, Karen returned to the area to help care for her dad, who has cardiovascular dementia, and soon after became part of our family here at Heart to Heart.

As a Care Assistant, Karen is dedicated, kind, and always brings a smile to those around her. She loves that every day is different and that her clients feel like extended family — something we value deeply here 💕

Outside of work, Karen enjoys walking her adorable dog, Sapphire, and spending time with her teenage daughter, Emma, when she’s home from university.

We are so grateful to have you, Karen — thank you for everything you do for your clients, their families, and the team. Here’s to many more years of making a difference together! 💐

📚 We hope all the children enjoyed their first day back at school today – such an exciting time of year! ✏️✨ A special mention too for those starting somewhere new, whether it’s a new school, high school, college or beyond – what an exciting journey ahead! 🎉

It has also been wonderful for Reepham to be part of this summer’s GoGo Trail in support of Break Charity 🦒
