In an emergency, every second counts. A cardiac arrest can happen anywhere, to anyone โ and knowing where your nearest defibrillator (AED) is located could quite literally save a life.
A defibrillator is designed to be used by anyone. They give clear, step-by-step voice instructions and will only deliver a shock if itโs needed. You cannot cause harm by using one โ but not using one when itโs available can cost precious time.
๐ We encourage all members of the community to take a few minutes to familiarise themselves with their local AED locations.

What to do in an emergency:

2๏ธโฃ Start CPR
