Join me for 3+ hours of joyful, uplifting & regenerative yoga, breath-work, guided meditation &, all the other beautiful practices, that help us journey back to being in ritual with authentic ourselves!
This offering is an invitation to give yourself the opportunity, to immerse deeply into a deliciously designed & intuitively led practice, to meet you where you are.
Find the support you & your body need, during the transition from dark to light, cold to warm & short to long.
I'm holding this safe space, so you can give yourself full permission, to give back to YOU & allow the body to lead the way.
As always,,, the BIG priority being befriending & soothing the nervous system & feeling that deeper connection between body, heart, mind & soul.

Now it is time that we turn towards & step into this spectacular Spring season of awareness, awakening & action ☀️🌱🐦
We'll be shaking things up slightly, to cleanse, clear & shift any old or heavy feels or habits that may still be lingering. Bringing in more lightness, brightness & warmth to our focus.
And we will of course, take time to pause, ponder, daydream, doodle, draw cards, journal & simply be. Enjoying light refreshments halfway through.
All my sessions are purely invitational, never prescriptive & I help guide you to where suits you on the day.
So, if you haven't quite found your sunshiney mojo yet & aren't ready for anything. I'm certain this will help you discover it!
If your energy levels are still low, you're welcome to join us & rest as much as you need.
