At RCCC we offer lower cost counselling in a supportive and non-judgmental space, supporting adults through a wide range of experiences, life changes and emotional challenges.

This includes post natal support during a time which can bring such joy but also challenges. This could be processing a difficult birth, adjusting to a new identity as a parent, coping with sleep deprivation or feeling overwhelmed.

Mothers are understandably the main focus for PND but this is also a hugely challenging time for new Fathers.
