My lovely chair based yoga ladies helped me decorate our yoga Christmas tree on Thursday to celebrate the Christmas Tree festival at Reigate commmunity centre/Reigate Methodist church this weekend. Celebrating the wonderful local companies offering their services to the community.

If your interested in trying out chair based yoga, feel free to come along next week, our last one before Christmas which means we get to have a nice cup of tea, cake and a natter.

Chair based yoga classes for those less able.

If you want to get back into exercise and need something slow and gentle, my yoga classes will be just what you are looking for. Stretches, yoga poses, flows and gentle relaxation with a lovely bunch of people.

Classes start back this Thursday 2nd November at Reigate commmunity centre (behind Morrisons).
