It is centered around classic yoga, mainly using Hatha Yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation. I have practiced yoga for many years before I fully qualified as a yoga teacher. For me, yoga has helped me learn how to switch off, relax and destress from work and a busy life in general. Modern day life is filled with many stresses that can affect us in many ways, and I have found yoga to
be the best way to focus on me, my health and wellbeing. My passion for yoga and wanting to help others is what inspired me to train as a teacher, and I want to help others either find their way into yoga, or further their journey from their existing practice, helping people of all abilities to learn the amazing benefits that yoga brings not only to our bodies, but also our mind. With most of us juggling so many things in our lives, finding that time to invest in ourselves can be difficult so I want to help you step back, give yourself time and restore your inner peace. Yoga is something everyone needs in their life. It is not difficult, but finding the time to invest in yourself often is. Once you’re able to make time for self-care, your journey into bettering your health and wellbeing through the practice of yoga will commence – with guidance from me.
