Placebo effect (what we believe comes true) has 30% affect on the outcome…that is a researched fact. Be careful what you feed your mind 💫💕 How critical is your mind towards you? A lot of my clients (including myself) has a very harsh judge. Let’s just notice that….once we notice it we can make choices 🫶🏻
