Christmas movie nights are a sneaky ‘my back went’ trigger! 🎬🎄
Movie nights feel harmless — but long, still evenings on the sofa are one of the less obvious reasons people say “my back went” in December.
It’s not injury.
It’s lack of movement, stiffness, reduced tolerance, and then one small movement feeling like the trigger.
You don’t necessarily need the gym.
Just change position while you watch.
Sit on the floor in a 90–90 shape, swap sides, add a few gentle rotations.
Enjoy the film — just don’t stay stuck in one position all evening.
Small movements over December really do add up.
