Pilates teachers come from all walks of life...some used to be dancers, some office workers, some artists, some footballers, some engineers...and some were in the Army! 🙌🏻

All eyes 👀 are on Wimbledon this week 🎾!

We’ve already seen some fantastic matches and we were all wowed by the incredible performance by 15 year old Cori ‘Coco’ Gauff 🙌🏻.

We’re also very pleased to see that the teenage tennis star of the 90s, Anna Kournikova, has been talking about how Pilates has helped her since the birth of her twins! 👶🏼👶🏼

Here’s hoping the sun stays shining in London for the last few days of this fantastic tournament! ☀️ 🍓 💙
