We begin our evening gathered around the fire for a sacred cacao ceremony — inviting the heart to open, to connect with what no longer serves us, and to awaken our deepest truths and desires.

We’ll then come to our mats and explore a journey through the energy centers of the body. Surrounded by nature and accompanied by the gentle resonance of live cello and ethereal voice, Emily will interweave cello, vocals, and ambient soundscapes into the practice — guiding you into a deeper, more embodied state. 😴 Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing
After movement, Yoga Nidra will guide you into deep rest — often called “yogic sleep” — allowing for nervous system repair, emotional integration, and access to deeper states of awareness.

🎶Healing Sound Bath
As twilight falls and you soften into stillness, you’ll be bathed in the healing vibrations of a sound bath being the evening to a close

Practiced outdoors, supported by the earth and surrounded by the sounds of the natural world, this experience becomes like a living poem — a return to yourself, to presence, and to peace.

In a time of unrest in the world
Its important to “feel all the feels” 🫶

What’s happening around us is deeply unsettling.
And it’s okay to feel scared.
It’s okay to feel angry.
It means your heart is still open.
It means you care.

The world doesn’t need more numbness.
It needs people who feel deeply.
Who refuse to look away.
Who process, transform, and support.

This chaos we’re witnessing is driven by ego, greed, fear, control.
But disconnection and suppression aren’t the answers.

✨Let yourself feel it all.
✨The sense of being unstable
✨The rage rise
✨Process it .. feel it
✨And then let it go

🌀There are many paths — but yoga is the one I know.
All forms of yoga offer medicine.
But right now, Kundalini is my most powerful tool for release and transformation🌀

It invites in the full spectrum of emotion.
It shakes loose what’s stuck.
It returns you to your centre and to your breath, your truth, your light.

I run the following classes

Tues 09.30 - more gentle and slower flow - suitable for beginners
Thurs 09.20 - dynamic flow for those with some experience
Thurs 18.30 - Kundalini yoga for all
Fri 10.15 - flow for all levels
Fri 10.10 - flow for all levels

I’m so excited to share this new class

I’ve been teaching now for over a decade and currently training in Kundalini yoga — and it’s bloody brilliant!

Yoga is the most versatile and abundant form of practise around as it incorporates so many different aspects of wellbeing and has something to offer everyone. Even if it’s not the movement itself. It could be breathwork, it could be meditation.

For me the difference between Kundalini and the other styles I currently teach (Vinyasa, Hatha & Yin) would be how it can change the way you feel on an energetic and emotional level within an instant.

Kundalini yoga is often referred to as the yoga of awareness and works with a carefully curated set of exercises that can include breathwork, mudra (hand gestures), mantra (spoken word), meditation, and movement (often repetitive and held for longer periods than in other styles of yoga) to achieve a specific outcome; whether that be to work towards a specific physical, emotional or energetic outcome. These exercises when put together are called kriyas and there are thousands of them. 🧘‍♀️

The kriyas work with our post powerful chakras (energy centres) that run along the spine and encourage the flow of cerebral spinal fluid, the secretion of feel good hormones, an and open up a pathway for our energy to flow freely.

Our Story

I have been practising yoga for over 20 years and teaching for 7 years. I have over 500hrs training and am qualified in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Nidra and Pre and Postnatal.

My biggest pleasure from teaching is helping people to feel more positive about themselves both mentally and physically. The transformations that yoga brings to peoples lives is breathtakingly beautiful.

There is no body that would not benefit from yoga...it has so many gifts to give...so many different styles and caters for all levels, all ages, and EVERbody. Yoga can be strength building, cardio inducing or it can be relaxing and stretching, it can even be as simple as sitting with your breath and a type of mindset.
