When u are in labour, think of things MOVING DOWNWARDS: waterfalls | rain | rocks falling from cliffs etc etc. This helps keep the mind and body CONNECTED and FOCUSED on the energetic direction of DOWN ⬇️ In Chinese medicine, there is NOTHING more descending than labour, so holding images and thoughts of things moving down WILL HELP YOU...Trust me! Also, you can use acupuncture to gently encourage you into labour if you're overdue - almost all acupuncturists I know will tell you how remarkably effective it can be - and like all acupuncture, it is natural and gentle and supportive.
