Taking charge of your self-care means you can often feel better, faster. It's a key part of staying Preventative and healthy this winter

3 Ways to Master Self-Care:

🛒Stock Your Kit: Keep basics at home: pain relievers (paracetamol/ibuprofen), antihistamines, and a thermometer.

💊Ask Your Pharmacist: For minor ailments like a sore throat or earache, your local pharmacist is a healthcare expert and can often provide advice and treatment quicker than the GP surgery.

📞Know When to Call 111: If you're unsure what to do or need urgent advice you can contact NHS 111 which is a 24/7 service.

Taking simple, regular steps to look after yourself is the best way to stay well.

This is what Lauren told us when asked why the Serenity Garden was necessary for the surgery. Reigate Architects is continuing their commitment to helping the community live better lives, by donating time, creative concepts and plans to our incredible project.

We are so grateful for their vital contribution, their professional expertise means our garden not only (has the potential!) to look beautiful but also really serve the needs of patients and staff, in a sustainable way.
