A Heartfelt Thank You to Pat Dillon

After 15 dedicated years with Accurocare, we are saying farewell to Pat Dillon, our Director of Care, Quality & Compliance who is retiring today.

Pat first joined us as the Home Manager at The Grange Nursing Home in Basingstoke, bringing with her a wealth of nursing experience.

Since becoming our Director of Care in 2015, Pat has played a pivotal role in shaping our care, compliance, and governance standards, and leading our care teams with unwavering commitment and passion. Under Pat’s leadership, we have achieved significant milestones in enhancing the quality of our services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of excellence within our care homes. Her strategic vision and dedication have been instrumental in developing the strong foundation we stand upon today, and we are profoundly grateful for her contributions to our success.

Pat, we sincerely thank you for everything you have done. Your guidance, compassion, and integrity will have a legacy of excellence.
