Yoga isn’t always postures, yoga is sometimes just being and listening to what our body and mind need at that time.
So join us on Sunday for 90 minutes of bliss 💤🕯️
Using hatha, yin, meditation, yoga nidra and deep relaxation to help promote calm. All these methods can help with anxiety, insomnia, low mood, hormone issues, chronic fatigue and a numbe of health issues.
There is also the option to have some individual reiki healing during the last part of our relaxation, please see the booking page for separate request.
