Welcome to Hear And Now, I am providing a gentle and effective ear wax removal treatment using the latest water irrigation system which is now currently unavailable in some GP Surgeries throughout the UK. I am Jayne Jones, I am a Qualified, Registered and fully insured Nurse and have undertaken NHS ear care training undertake all aspects of the ear irrigation treatment. Home visits are available for those with mobility issues- additional travel expenses may be
The treatment involves an initial consultation and small health questionnaire to discuss the client’s symptoms followed by a full assessment to determine whether there is an accumulation of wax and whether removal by irrigation is necessary. Ears must be treated with wax softener for at least 5 days prior to treatment. The procedure is carried out using the latest water irrigation system. Please note, water irrigation is not suitable for those with perforated ear drums, recent ear infection or previous internal ear surgery. Pre and Post treatment advice and care includes Earol® for aftercare to help prevent ear wax build up on the assumption that ‘prevention is better than cure’!
