Just a little catch up from me and sorry the radio silence ✌️

Life has been lifeing and I’ll be honest I’ve been completely overwhelmed as a mum, business owner, partner, friend the list is endless.

I think it’s important to show not only the highs of life but that growth in business and life isnt linear. That the highs are sometimes met with lows and I’m sure someone reading this may also feel the same too.

We really are all in this together and I think it’s important to share on social media a true image that life can be great but then you can have a low day, you’ve got your s**t together then the next day you can’t catch a breath 🫶

Anyway I’m back to the positive content and I would love some feedback of what you all would like to see from me because this is what it’s all about ✨

Lifestyle by Neo exciting announcement 🤎

I’ve been working hard behind the scenes and I can’t wait any longer to share with you all.

Over the next few weeks I’m going to be launching my own 360 wellness app.

This will include Pilates & strength coaching for at home or gym setting, nutrition, blood testing, supplementation advice, food tracking, mindset and goal setting. All while becoming part of a community with other like minded women 🫶

It’s everything in one space to take you onto the path of your improved wellness lifestyle.

Along side this I’ve been working on another project to enable you to do all this at home, studio or gym.

I’m launching ‘Neo’ luxury Pilates equipment from weights to mats everything you will need to level up your space.

This will be available to purchase through the app or my new website 💻

Keep your eyes peeled over the next few weeks for date of launch and I can’t wait to take you on this exciting new chapter to a healthier future ✨

Merry Christmas everyone ✨

I can’t thank you enough for all your support and trust over the last year it been nothing short of incredible. Its honestly been my true pleasure to carry out treatments and Pilates sessions for you all.

Your so much more than clients were a community and friends. We’ve laughed together, cry’d together and my clinic room holds a very safe space for you all, it will always be that way. 🫶

There has been big changes this year that’s been made in my personal and business life. Which is to make room for the bigger vision I’ve got planned for 2025 which I’m so excited to launch but for now I’ll say it’s a true 360 approach which will help women achieve the best version of themselves 🤫

Starting on your well-being journey can be daunting and your always waiting for Monday to come around to start that new week new me.

I’m here to tell you it’s likely you will not sustain or commit because your trying to change everything about your routine at once and naturally it will just feel too overwhelming.

Change or habit stacking is so much easier when you start small. If you don’t currently exercise commit to one session per week and book it in. Sustain this for a few weeks add another sessions and within a few months you will be training 4-5 times a week also your much more likely to keep to it.

You can apply this to all areas of your life whether that be food, hydration, skin care, time management literally anything.

You want to feel your best self from today and I really do believe in YOU 🤎
