Menopause can be a challenging time, which most women may have to go through at some point in their life. Musculoskeletal pain(s) is one of the first potential symptoms and, as such, should be recognised by clinicians.

Asthma is a common lung condition that causes breathing difficulties. It affects people of all ages and often starts in childhood.

Physios are very skilled at supporting people with asthma as they can show you how to breathe in a more relaxed way and retrain your breathing. They can also advise on how to manage symptoms such as coughing, shortness of breath, wheezing and excess mucus.
