🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Wales under 14's wheelchair basketball 🏀 trials for the boys today in Aberystwyth .

It's lovely to see how much they have developed as players over the past year. This is Jac's first time attending trials as he's now 10 years old. I'm very proud of all their hard work from this season of training & playing for Rhyl Raptors 🦖

🤞 one or both of them will make the team, and we'll be off to the 🇬🇧 British Junior wheelchair Basketball Champs in August 🏀

If anyone is looking for a sport to try....... I can't recommend wheelchair basketball enough !! It's an amazing sport that's inclusive and fun for the whole family 🙌

Ifan is a classified S8 & SB7 para-swimmer 💪
He trains four times per week ( 2 hour each time), plus land based exercises and at least 2 gym sessions per week .

What a weekend 🏊‍♂️ very proud of Ifan, who competed at the 🇬🇧 British Junior Para-Swimming Championships 2024 on Saturday 🇬🇧

He came away with gold medals for both races he competed in !!

🥇100m Freestyle
🥇100m Backstroke

Today, he competed at Liverpool Splash & Dash to get times & para points.

✅️ 50m Freestyle - new PB (40 sec off)

✅️ 50m Fly - new PB (15 sec off)

✅️ 50m Backstroke - new PB (19 sec off)

✅️ 50m Breastroke - new PB (30 sec off)

All his hard work and comitment, has really paid off with massive gains and PB's across the board. He gets up at 5am, 4 times a week without complaint. Massive thanks to his coach, Andy 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

I'm feeling super happy 🙌 having completed my Level C DMI therapy course 👌 can't wait to get back in the studio to practice all the new exercises and progressions I have learned.

It was so cool 😎 to find out from Jake that there are only around 200 level C qualified DMI therapist in the world 🌎 and I am one of them 🥰

I'm invested in continued education, growth, and development and truly blown away 🤯 by the changes I see in my clients each week since I started using DMI therapy nearly 2 years ago.
