❌️Wrong! ❌️ 👇

Leaving your toenails too long or using improper nail cutting techniques can cause ingrown toenails.

✅️Always ensure your nails are trimmed straight across and are not left too long - leaving them too long can increase trauma when you are wearing your footwear, leading to ingrown toenails.

👟 Footwear matters - believe it or not, poor fitting footwear can cause ingrown toenails too, trust me ive been there! 😖
✅️ Always ensure your feet feet the shoes comfortably when standing, allowing your toes to splay, making sure there is enough room for all your toes to sit comfortable in the shoe (width and depth) and Always keep a thumb width space at the end of the toe box.

Just a reminder Lois and Heather have switched on holiday mode 🤩 we are away until Friday for a well deserved break.

Roxy is still working as normal.

Our phone line will still be open with our Lovely receptionist Hannah (AI) who can taking bookings, reschedule and provide any information you need. And I will still be picking up messages, although limited time on this.
