Hi all you wonderful ladies, ohh what a day we have had you all did fantastic with your card stamping, then after lunch I don't know what was in the coffee or was it the music you danced your little socks off, even the management came in to see you laugh and dance. Keep smiling everyone.

A special thank you goes out to the new management for the continued support they are giving top the Rhyl Ladies Butterfly Trust, including supplying us with cold soft drinks.

Hi all you wonderful ladies, after looking at the pictures your beautiful iced and decorated cakes today I am thrilled with your progress. Well done you could not tell this was your first time decorating cakes, they are just beautiful.

Another brilliant day was had by all on Mondays group. Oh ladies you all made brilliant pictures and your paint work was wonderful too, I hope you are all enjoying your little gifts.

Congratulations must go to Louise it was her first day teaching crochet didn't she do a fantastic job. Keep up the good work!

Dance to keep fit today all I can say is ladies keep having fun and enjoy.

Thank you to all the ladies working at the little theatre, you made us feel so special and welcome, what a lovely venue with plenty of space to dance and move about.

Hi ladies, we will have lots of beautiful items on display in the arts and crafts class on Monday 7th to show you what you will be making over the coming weeks.

Our group for Monday the 7th is now fully booked.
There is a few remaining spaces but filling up fast for Tuesdays Keep fit followed by relaxation session.

Hi all you lovely ladies, Oh wow you all did fantastic in dance keep fit class. Well done even though it was so so hot! I do hope you all enjoyed it as I did.
We will continue our arts and crafts every Monday at the same venue 10am to 1.30pm. We have now got a new and bigger venue for dancing and relaxation at the little theatre Rhyl.

Dance class starts at 2pm every Tue (from the 8th June) followed by relaxation class afterwards please book your places as soon as possible as places are limited.

If attending dance class please provide your own bottle of water. 😆😆

Hi ladies well done to everyone for your dance class today you all did brilliant.
Our relaxation class has a new time and date of Thursday 27th at 11am, there are still places still available if you wish to book.

We are now fully booked for Monday 24th May. There is however a few spaces left for Tuesdays relaxation class. We are not sure yet if the dance class/keepfit will take place, we will inform you as soon as we know.

Many Thanks to the proprietor Debbie for going that extra mile to make sure everyone was comfortable.

Hi to all you lovely ladies who attended our grand opening, both on Monday for arts & Crafts (flower arranging) and Tuesdays relaxation class. A huge thank you to all who attended, you all deserve a big round of applause for the beautiful arrangement of flowers every lady mastered within a such a short time scale. Now you can show your friends how to achieve the same results, or make them as special gifts. For all the ladies who attended Tuesdays relaxation class what can I say...most of you walked in our club not knowing anyone in there, by the time you left every lady had a lovely smile on their faces, and you all gave such a beautiful thank you. The feedback after your session was music to my ears. I had two ladies who almost fell asleep, I am told another lady has used this technique on her husband to help him sleep! Congratulations to everyone of you lovely ladies, you all contributedto making it a memorable opening. It was my pleasure to host these two events with the help of my good friends Alma & Louise. A huge thanks to both of you, we can now look foward to Almas workshop on Monday 24th.
