Complete burnout!

I've not practised what I preach!

It has been a year since I had a week off work, between chasing status and not putting myself first!!!

Lots of lessons learnt!

Running has been a stable thing throughout.

Today was a walk/ run 🏃‍♀️ which is fine 🙂

I'm out of the office from Friday for a couple of weeks to do the Nc500

Remember, you are your own best friend 🧡 be nice to yourself
