📅 Shifts Available:
🕓 Evenings: 4:00pm – 9:30pm
☀️ Full Days: Sundays, Mondays & Saturdays - weekend work can be on a shift pattern alternating week to week to suit childcare arrangements or other family needs as we know work needs to work around your family life 💗
✨ Other shifts are also available
❗ Please note: No Monday–Friday 9–5 shifts at this time due to service user needs

💬 What’s involved?
You’ll support individuals with:
• Personal care
• Medication
• Meal preparation
• Light household tasks
• Friendly companionship
• Encouraging confidence and independence at home

🚗 A car, moped, bike or other reliable transport is essential
You’ll be visiting people in their homes across the community – so the ability to travel is a must.

✅ No experience necessary – full training provided!

Autism is:

Unable to speak, or maybe speaking too much
Hugging everyone, or disliking touch
Escaping outside,
Or trying to hide
Excitedly flapping
Inappropriate clapping
Autism varies so much

Won't wear a coat, or wears one all year round
Fussy eater, or would eat dirt from the ground
Screaming or humming
Annoyingly drumming
Toys in a line
The same way every time
Autism varies so much

Struggling to learn, or has wonderful gifts
Obsessions of numbers, trains, films or lifts
Spinning around
Throws things on the ground
Constantly spitting
Aggressively hitting
Autism varies so much

Alone without friends, or controls every game
Always looks different, always dresses the same
Swinging on doors
Head banging on floors
Freaks at the dryer
Keeps climbing higher
Autism varies so much.

Can't answer questions, won't do as they're told
In their own world or bossy and bold
Over prepared
Anxious and scared
A spectrum so wide
But they all bring us pride

Full & Part Time Home Care assistants in the Rhyl, Prestatyn, Meliden, Rhuddlan area.
These job roles are caring for the elderly in their homes out in the community.
We are flexible to fit around parents dropping and picking up from school but we do require all employees to carry out some weekend and evening work.
Grade 1, Grade 2 and Grade 3 positions open.
All positions include 4 weekend days per month and some evening work on a rota basis.
No experience necessary for Grade 1/2 positions.
