A year later and maintaining fabulously 🤩

Huge congratulations to my member Caroline on becoming a diamond 💎 member having lost 39 pounds.
Caroline joined with her husband Ian who has also lost nearly 3 stone.
She shared with us that she found our classes, interesting, lots of science based facts on losing weight. You can choose any food plan you want to follow with the help and support of a experienced weight loss coach, which felt liberating!
We all really enjoy Ann’s cooking demonstrations, which gives us all some great ideas.
I think Ann’s classes are so successful because she is so helpful, knowledgeable and good fun.
We have great social’s too and I guess that’s why it’s called PPF (private personal friends).

Congratulations Linda on your 2 stone award…you swore you’d never going to another “slimming club” but was impressed with a friends amazing success!! You love that our class is all about nutrition and health and not about daft “low fat, ultra processed rubbish”.
Different topic every week and great cooking demo’s.
