Last couple of weeks talking plant based foods and demonstrating smoothies. So important for our gut to try and reach 30 different ones a week. The effect it has on our gut and brain is astounding, so next time you’re shopping think colour and variety 🪴

At last the sun is shining and I’m feel amazing today. Why? Because I’m so close to seeing a new number on the scales which I haven’t seen for at least 30yrs + 🙈 The photo attached was taken when I attended Anns WW class many moons ago, losing 60lbs. I changed my life, winning serval running medals having never ran before. The longest and hardest race was the Conway / Great Orme half marathon, it was a killer 🥵
This morning at Ann’s class I weighed less than I did in this picture. I couldn’t be more proud of myself 🥰
Having struggled lately and stalling at the scales for three weeks, today’s result has really spurred me on to see that elusive number I’d given up on seeing ever again. It may not be next week or the week after, but one things for sure, I’m determined to see it again.
What I would say has changed for me from then to now 😉 It’s not about the scales. NO! I truly believe it’s down to education and staying to class. Oh! And my best friend the Nutracheck app.
