Heart of Home - HOH Heart of Home is an application based business that supports families. My name is Rachel L Griffin and I am the Company Director of Heart of Home - HOH.

I have extensive experience working for several disabled and special children in the industry. I have worked with kids with autism spectrum disorder for ten years. This application was developed due to my own experiences as a mother supporting two children on the Autism Spectrum. Believing that there must be a better way for families to gain support from professionals and to manage different appointments and tasks to support their children, I have developed this app to provide simple effective support for the whole family, because support starts at the Heart of home.
