Today, we pause to remember and honour all those who served — and those who made the ultimate sacrifice — so that we may live in peace and freedom.

At Morris FuneralDirectors, we hold deep respect for the courage and selflessness of our veterans and service members. Their legacy lives on in the hearts of the families and communities they protected.

As we observe the silence at 11am, may we each take a moment to reflect, remember, and give thanks.

As Remembrance Day approaches, we pause to honour the bravery and sacrifice of those who served and continue to serve our country.

Our office is dressed with our beautiful poppy remembrance curtains, a simple yet heartfelt tribute to those who gave so much for our freedom.

We invite families and visitors to take a quiet moment of reflection in their memory this week.

“At the going down of the sun and in the morning, we will remember them.” 🌹

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who came together to honour the life of a much-loved motorbike instructor, friend, and mentor to so many.

The motorbike es**rt and convoy were a truly moving tribute — a powerful sight and a fitting farewell for someone who dedicated so much of his life to the biking community.

Our sincere gratitude goes to all who rode alongside, attended the service at Trinity Methodist Church Prestatyn and offered support to his family and friends during this difficult time.

It was a privilege to help celebrate a life so full of passion, kindness, and adventure.

Ride safe, everyone. ❤️

We’re delighted to share that our Funeral Director Steve has successfully achieved his NAFD Funeral Directing Diploma. This qualification reflects not only his hard work over the last 4 years completing both the National Association of Funeral Directors Dip FAA course but now the Dip FD course. This shows his dedication but also his commitment to providing the highest standard of care and support to the families we serve.

Under clear blue skies at Rochdale Crematorium, we had the honour of guiding a dignified farewell for a much-loved gentleman. The sunshine seemed to reflect the warmth he brought to those who knew him.

It was a privilege to work alongside Mitchell Funeral Services ensuring every detail was handled with care and compassion.

Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this time. May he rest in peace. 🕊️

The beauty of the day reflected the love and memories shared by her family and friends — a heartfelt farewell filled with grace, dignity, and remembrance.

Thank you to all who came to pay their respects and support one another during this time. Our thoughts remain with her loved ones. 🌿💐
