Success.....

Nothing beats the feeling of seeing a client win, succeed, push boundaries, be fearless......

This morning I had the privilege of seeing someone I have worked closely with for a while through Coaching, Reiki, Reflexology and Holistic Wellness sit and tell me all about her life and what she has been up to recently, the successes she has had, the happy, confident life she is living now.

It came from her grit, her consistency and all her hard work which I knew was in her from the start it was a matter of supporting her to find that inner strength again...

This is why I do what I do. To support, guide, and cheer and watching this beautiful soul grow and journey unfold has been a joy.
To my client - you know who you are - your success is so well-deserved.

Chakra Workshop 🙏💕

What an amazing day yesterday learning all about the Chakras through working on our own but also how the students can work with there Reiki clients too.

Learning all about the chakras, dancing, meditations, colouring mandalas and singing mantras getting those chakras activated and cleared, I was in my element teaching these beautiful students.

I always say to everyone Reiki changed my life and it’s so true, what a blessing to be able to hold space and support the next future healers ###🙏

What a lovely relaxing Friday for my Mumma who came to see me at work at Sunnyvale Caravan & Lodge Park.

Relaxing started with a welcome drink before her treatment of choice a Reflexology session followed by an hour in the Sunnyvale Spa, true relaxation and well deserved for such a beautiful person.

Welcome to the new Reiki students of Gaia School of Natural Health
What an amazing last weekend in the Wirral sharing and supporting the students with the Reiki 1 Practitioner Diploma course.

Learning the History of Reiki, attunements, grounding and cleansing, chair and couch treatments and lots of laughter and much more, such a beautiful weekend.

I am truly blessed to have spent last weekend teaching Reiki 1 to these beauties.
The 2 days where filled with attunements, learning & practising a chair and couch treatment on each other, meditations, dowsing chakras, grounding and protection and lots of laughter..🤭
