New Year, new business premises...🙏😍
I am super excited to let you know that I have now opened up at a new venue a treatment room in Hanover House, St Asaph

I am truly grateful for the opportunity that was sent to me to now finally take a little step back to concentrate on my wellness, healing, and spiritual development so I can be the best that I can be and keep bringing Holistic Therapies to my amazing clients.

I will be working at Hanover House, St Asaph on a Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and look forward to welcoming you...

Thank you to all the clients that have booked into the new premises already and my online booking link will be back up very soon.

It’s been a journey of change all around in 2025 and I’m super proud that my business keeps going from strength to strength thanks to all my many supporters.

Reiki 1 - Practitioner Diploma Gaia School of Natural Health
What a great way to finish off the year with my last Reiki 1 class of 2025, welcome class of November 2025.

We shared the space with learning all about the history of reiki, meditations, attunements, chair treatments and couch treatments. The 2 days were very special with such beautiful souls..

My next Gaia Reiki 1 class is in February at Ffynnon Flow Wellness its such a beautiful space and also watch out for some new projects coming up in 2026, exciting times xx🙏🙏

Introduction to Chakras Day - October 2025
Fabulous day with some amazing students.

We had meditations, dancing, mantras and much more with lots of laughter it really was a day of learning but also fun, thank you to all the students who made the day amazing.

What an amazing 3 days of teaching Reiki 2 to these beautiful souls.

From teaching in the beautiful Ffynnon Flow Wellness venue to giving Reiki to the staff at Ty Gobaith Children's Hospice in Conwy it was truly magical.

What an amazing day with such beautiful people, we had so much fun that we forgot to take more pictures.

This group of beautiful souls made teaching for me so easy as I do struggle with self belief sometimes only because of wanting to do the best teachings I can…
So Holding space for these amazing souls was an absolute joy, so thank you to each one of you, a lovely day ❤️😁
